Getting there...

Unsere Möbel und Kartons sind endlich gekommen und wir sind feste am Auspacken und Einrichten, und so langsam wird es wohnlich. Nach sechs Wochen ist es herrlich, die geborgten Möbel zurückgeben zu können und wieder auf den eigenen Stühlen zu sitzen. Wir waren sehr dankbar, dass wir Tisch und Stühle und Betten hatten, aber es geht doch nix über das eigene Bett, gelle? :D
Our furniture and our boxes have arrived at last and we are busy unpacking - and slowly but surely this little house is turning into a home. It is so wonderful to be able to finally give back our borrowed furniture and sit on our own chairs again, after six weeks! We were so grateful for table and chairs and beds - but nothing beats your own bed, does it? :D
Tagsüber komme ich meist nicht zum Sticken, und abends habe ich oft keine Lust mehr, nur hin und wieder mache ich ein paar Stiche... Aber die Auspackerei ist bald beendet, und dann geht es hoffentlich mit neuem Schwung weiter ;)
I don't have a lot of time to stitch through the day and in the evening I'm too tired but I do pick up the needle now and again... Well, all this unpacking should soon be finished so hopefully I can show you a bit more then ;)Das Regal muss ich noch ein bisschen umbauen, aber Hauptsache, die Sächelchen sind erstmal ausgepackt und eingeräumt - sieht doch gleich ganz anders aus :D
Need to move the shelves a bit (DH is not a great one for measuring things...) but I just wanted to get my little cushions and pinkeeps unpacked and put them on display - makes the place looks so much nicer straight away :D
